Being in dance with truth
There comes a time where the weight of carrying things and relations that don’t align become the most disruptive load to your consciousness. Through self inquiry along your journey, you have a moment where you are stopped, mid kitchen clean, finding yourself still in your pantry. All the relationships that are not serving you is the heaviness you are actually carrying around. It’s the self abandoning, blending and shrinking to please. The every time you went to feel joy you contracted because you learnt not to be visible. The every moment you felt connection, any distance may peek the feeling of abandonment. The pattern of the calm and the storm you had been used too.
The letting go of these things and relations in the past may have felt threatening to what you had built as safety; with the voice that may have sounded like “what are you thinking, look at all the times you have shared together”. Now you know the burden of holding the weight of all that, was the very reason you decided to move into your truth. The clearing and letting go is the liberation. Not before the rise and fall of the waves you may feel in the process. In the end the cost of the truth is the freedom within you that you experience.
Recently I had an unraveling, a breakthrough of what was being held in my body. The end was realising how dare I even consider holding the burden of another in my field, in my body and I reclaimed my power. Feeling that deeply is the difference to just saying it. Its the space that has been created within. The freedom that space allows. Your path becomes illuminated as you walk through the doors made for your souls correction. The creator planted these burdens of others with you so that you can transmute into liberation. What felt like a burden another may have dropped at your doorstep is now transmuted into space. Allowing more light to be held in your body. This is the freedom. When energy dumping becomes energy exchange.
You say yes to yourself more. You hold your boundaries with grace. You love all parts of you that you may have neglected before. You give yourself the kindness. Honouring what was and being in the edit, the process to transmuting it, to hold more light. The don’t shine or speak. Disappear to be loved has NO ground now. The experience of soul to soul exchange is the sweetest reflection of every burden you transmit into light. Over and over you choose yourself because in the hardest times you have been through has shown the truth. Only now you are walking with the truth. Grounded, knowing that each wound is the exact potency for your souls correction. Be in your truth, claim your birthright to visibility and abundance.
The creator/god/universe has always been with you. Your body has taken you through each experience. You are cultivating an exotic garden in your mind. With new pathways through recognition of thought and patterns. Your soul is your compass leading you at each layer you lean into more of your truth. The cost is actual freedom the opposite to what you built as safety. The freedom allows space for life force energy to flow. That which flows in you flows around you. Stay true to you even when the road may be lonely. The most courageous thing is in your vulnerability to be received and rejected. It may be the cost and investment in dance, but you came here to expand in every unraveling.
