You will need to provide your full address, your floor plans and a photograph of the front and back of your house.

You can draw them on graph paper as long as they are to scale.

Once I’ve received the relevant information from you you will receive your map my home plan within 14 working days.

In the mean time you can begin to reevaluate what is nessesarry to keep and what no longer serves you. even if you have gone through to declutter chances are there is another round to re evaluate as this can be a process for some people emotionally and mentally. Start the decluttering process.
