• The Personal Element Guide (digital download)

• Virtual Map My Home & Body (personalised mapping)

• Full Home Analysis (in-depth personalised service)

• Other guides, workshops, and consultations as described on my website.

I aim to provide these services with care, integrity, and professionalism.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
For some services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of my services and products, I do not offer refunds.

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me at support@themindbodysouledit.com and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested (e.g., floor plans, photos, details of your home) in a timely manner so I can deliver your service.
Delays in providing this information may result in delays to your service delivery.

For the Full Home Analysis, the report is delivered within 10 working days of receiving all required information from you.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, and reports provided are owned by me and are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, or distribute them without my written consent.

6. Disclaimer

My services are designed to support your wellbeing through awareness of energy in your home, body, and mind. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your own implementation and circumstances.

7. Privacy

I respect your privacy and will keep all personal information confidential, in line with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Please see my Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
